How do you play the game?

Take turns picking up a card and answering it. Other players can ask follow-up questions, react, and chat about it. When the time is right, move onto the next player. Repeat.

What is the objective of the game?

To leave the game feeling happier, more connected to yourself and your people, and ready to celebrate life to the fullest.

How many players can play?

The limit does not exist!

Can players ask follow up questions?

Of course! CELE Chats is all about deepening connections and conversations. Asking follow up questions is a great way to do that.

Can this game be played with strangers or new friends?

Absolutely! CELE Chats is perfect for breaking the ice and helping strangers or new friends connect on a deeper, more meaningful level.

Can we play with kids?

This game was created for adults but if you want to get your kids involved, go for it! However, use your own discretion to monitor cards and skip them if you find them to be inappropriate or difficult to answer with a younger crowd.

Can we create our own rules?

Of course! You do you.

Is this game competitive?

This game was not designed to be competitive. However, if you want to get creative and make it competitive (example: whoever has the best answers wins or gets a free drink) get creative and go for it!

What if a question sparks a debate or argument?

CELE Chats is all about deepening conversations and sometimes that comes with a little debating. However, we strongly discourage arguing and encourage you to keep an open mind and heart while playing. Keep it classy.

Are there different categories of questions?

Yes! The card categories include Thankful Thoughts (gratitude section), Self-Love Club (self-love & self-reflection section), Compliment Corner (pumping up your friends section), Daydreaming (goals and dreams section), Honesty Hour (authenticity & vulnerability section), and CELE cards that are all about celebration!

Can we skip a question if it makes us uncomfy?

Of course!

What do we do if we run out of questions?

If you want the game to keep going, shuffle the deck and keep on playing. When different players get different cards new conversations and perspectives will arise!

Can we add our own questions?

Of course! 

How long does the game last?

As long as your heart desires. You can just play until you don’t feel like it anymore or set a timer before the game starts if you only want to play for a certain amount of time.

What age group is the game for?

18+ but if you want your kid to play just monitor the questions to make sure that you deem them as appropriate.

When is the game over?

Whenever you want it to be.

Where is the best place to play this game?

You can play this game anywhere. Some of our favorite places to play are at happy hours, dinner parties, on road trips, at bachelorette parties, and at girl’s nights when we are just chilling on the couch.

Why is it called CELE Chats?

CELE… as in celebration. Duh😉

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase day. Please email us at hello@letscele.com with the subject line: “Return Order # (fill in your order #)” to initiate your return.

Can I use a discount code after I have placed my order?

Discounts are only applicable before the order is placed, and we are unable to apply it once the payment has been processed. If you forget to apply one, you can always use it on your next order.

What is the estimated deliver time for my order?

Orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

My package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it yet, what should I do?

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait a couple of days, as carriers sometimes scan packages early. Also, check with neighbors in case it was delivered nearby. If the package is still missing, contact us at hello@letscele.com, and we'll help resolve it.

My order arrived damaged/incorrect, what can I do?

Email us at hello@letscele.com with your order number and pictures of the package you received so we can fix it.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link.

My tracking hasn’t been updated in a while, what are my options?

Sometimes the carrier doesn’t update the tracking info right away. If your package hasn’t moved in over a week, reach out to us at hello@letscele.com, and we’ll be happy to help!

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Most likely not, but we’ll do our best! We have a super short window to make changes since we ship orders the same day. If you notice an incorrect address, email us ASAP, and we’ll try to catch it before it goes out!

Can I cancel my order that was just processed?

We have a super short window to cancel orders, so we might not catch it in time. If you need to cancel, email us right away with your order number, and we’ll do our best! If a packing slip has already been created, we won’t be able to cancel it.
